We do the chasing, and protect your money upfront
We collect the first month and a refundable deposit before anyone moves in, so a default never leaves you starting from zero. And if a renter stops paying, we run the formal notice process for you. You never serve notices, wait on courts, or knock on doors.
We clear the space, up to $2,000
If a renter abandons their belongings, we serve the legal notices, then book and pay for their removal into a licensed storage facility (up to $2,000, on top of their deposit). Their things stay theirs and stay safe, and your space comes back empty. You are never asked to move a stranger's belongings, store them, or foot the bill.
If it goes wrong, it's ours to sort out
Because renters contract with Stashly rather than you, the notice process and the clearance bill on a failed booking are ours, not yours.
This is why spaces can be booked instantly. Take the risk off the host, and there's no reason to want to meet everyone first, which is what every other platform in this space still makes you do.
