You're paid on time, always
Your rent lands on the same date each month, including while we're chasing a renter who has stopped paying. We keep you whole for up to 3 months while we resolve it.
We clear the space
If a renter abandons their belongings, we serve the legal notices, book and pay for the clearance, and account to the renter for anything the goods sell for. You are never asked to move a stranger's things.
You're never left carrying the risk
Because renters contract with Stashly rather than you, a booking going wrong is ours to sort out. You're not the one left carrying it.
