Host help
The questions hosts ask most. Still stuck? Get in touch.
How much can I earn?
It depends on the space and where you are. A typical London lock-up earns around £1,700 a year, a barn bay in the country nearer £1,100. Try the earnings calculator for a figure based on your space.
Open the calculator →What if a renter stops paying?
We keep paying you, run the legal notice process, and clear the space at our cost if it comes to that. You're never left dealing with someone else's belongings.
How the guarantee works →Do I have to accept every booking?
No. Offer self-access and renters can book instantly; otherwise you approve each request. Every renter is ID-verified before they can book anything.
Can I list if I rent my home?
Check your lease or mortgage allows sub-letting first, some don't. It's a much easier conversation to have before you list than after.
How and when do I get paid?
Straight to your bank account on the same date each month. You keep 100%, Stashly takes 0% from hosts and makes its money on the renter's side instead.

Renters agree to the prohibited items list at checkout, no perishables, fuel, chemicals, weapons or anything hazardous.
