How it works
Someone near you has space they aren't using. You need somewhere to put things. We make that a proper arrangement rather than a handshake, with a contract, a real company behind it and someone to call.
Find a space
Search by postcode and filter on size, price, access and security. If you're not sure how much room you need, the size calculator turns a list of what you're storing into square feet.
Book it
Most spaces can be booked outright, no enquiry form, no waiting. You pick your cover level, sign the storage licence and pay the first month. Spaces where the host has to let you in take requests instead, and they have 48 hours to reply.
Move in
Your access details and the full address arrive by email as soon as the booking is confirmed. Take a few photos when you get there, it takes a minute and settles any later question about what was in the space.
Pay monthly, leave when you like
Rent goes out on the same day each month. Give notice whenever you're ready and your deposit comes back within ten days of moving out.

What happens when it goes wrong
Worth explaining, because it's the part that makes this different from every other listings site.
When you book, your contract is with us. We licence the space from the host. That sounds like a technicality and it isn't, it means a host is never left holding a stranger's belongings, and never has to chase anyone for money.
If a renter stops paying, we keep paying the host, we run the formal notice process ourselves, and if the space needs clearing we pay for that too. Nobody ends up with somebody else's sofa and a legal problem.
It costs us money when it happens, which is why protection is part of every booking rather than an optional extra at the end.
