Free to list. Two ways to host.
Listing a space on Stashly costs nothing, and hosts never pay a commission. When you list, you choose how you want to run it: handle the money yourself and nobody pays a fee, or let Stashly handle it for a single 12.5% fee that the renter pays on top of rent.

Stashly finds you renters. Everything after that is between you and them.

We handle it
Super host
Stashly collects the rent, holds the deposit and deals with problems. You keep every dollar of the rent you set.
- Listing: Free
- Your commission: 0%, you keep 100% of rent
- Renter fee: 12.5% on top of rent, shown in every price
- Deposit: One month's rent, held by Stashly, returned within 10 days of moving out
- Guarantee and clearance: Included, up to $2,000 if a renter defaults
What the Super host fee actually covers
Payments, support, identity checks, and the host guarantee: running the formal notice process and paying to clear a space, up to $2,000, when a renter defaults. That last part is why the fee exists rather than being an optional extra. It is not insurance on anyone's belongings, and it only applies to Super host listings. On a self hosted listing nobody pays Stashly anything.
Hosts can switch between the two at any time from their listing settings. Renters can tell which is which: a self hosted price says “per month”, a Super host price says “per month, all in”.
