Privacy
How Stashly handles your personal information. We collect what we need to run a booking and no more.
What we collect
Account details you give us, booking and payment records, messages sent on the platform, and identity-verification results (we store the outcome, not your document images).
How we use it
To operate bookings, process payments, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments and identity checks), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email), Twilio (verification texts), Vercel (hosting), and Meta (advertising measurement). Some of these process data outside Canada, including in the United States and the EU.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Contact us to exercise any of these.
These terms are written in plain English on purpose. They are the terms that apply to bookings made on Stashly today. If we change them, anyone with a live booking keeps the version they agreed to.
