Renter terms

Your things are stored at your own risk, and you insure them. Stashly does not insure your belongings.

This is a licence to store, not a tenancy. You get the right to store your goods, not a lease or exclusive possession.

You will store only lawful goods that are yours, and nothing on the prohibited items list.

Rent is due on the same date each month. A payment still unpaid five days after its due date may carry a flat CAD 25 late fee, once per missed cycle, and your access may be suspended while your account is in arrears.

If you don't pay or don't remove your goods, Stashly may suspend access and, after the notices required by Ontario's Repair and Storage Liens Act, sell or dispose of the goods to recover what you owe, returning any surplus.

The service fee is not insurance on your goods; part of it funds the guarantee and clearance process.

You pay rent plus a single service fee, shown before you pay. The refundable deposit can be applied to unpaid rent or clearance, with the balance returned once the space is clear. A minimum term and notice period apply; your consumer rights under Ontario law are not affected.
