A big boarded loft above a converted barn workshop, reached by a fixed staircase rather than a ladder, so you can actually carry boxes up.
The roof was redone two years ago and it stays properly dry, with skylights giving decent daylight. It's a large open run under the eaves, good for volume rather than height, so think boxes, archives, furniture that comes apart, stock.
The building is alarmed and there are cameras on the yard entrance. I'm on site most weekdays.

Dry as anything and I feel fine leaving things there, the yard is properly locked up. Rosalie is around if you need a hand.

Low under the eaves at the edges so measure tall things first, but the middle run is plenty high.
