Hard standing for boats on trailers, on a fenced yard down near the lake in Mimico, five minutes from the ramp.
Bays are marked and wide, with a proper turning area, so you can back a trailer in on your own without a spotter. The ground is compacted and drains well, no soft spots to sink a jockey wheel into.
Good for anything up to about 26ft on the trailer. Fencing is full height with cameras on the gate, and I'm on site most weekdays. Plenty of people here store from October through to May.
