An indoor bay in a steel-framed barn just north of the city, tall and wide enough to take a motorhome under cover rather than leaving it out in the weather.
Being inside makes the real difference over a Canadian winter: no snow load on the roof of your unit, no UV on the seals, and no ice to chip off in March. The floor is concrete throughout and the doors are 12ft wide.
The yard gate is locked overnight and the barn itself is alarmed. I keep the bays marked out so nobody parks you in.
