A clean, dry basement room in my house in the Annex, with its own separate side entrance so you never come through the house.
It's fully finished, boarded floor, lit, and heated through the winter as it shares the house system, so nothing in there is going to freeze or go damp. Good for anything you'd keep in a spare room: boxes, furniture, seasonal kit, business paperwork.
Stairs down are wide and straight, but it is a basement, so it's a poor fit for anything heavy you can't carry. Street parking right outside to unload.

Great space and price. Only thing is the stairs, so plan on a couple of trips if you've got heavy boxes.
