A single brick lock-up behind a row of semis off Danforth. Concrete floor, sealed last spring, and an insulated sectional door with a key lock. It stays dry through the worst of February, no damp, no drips.
I store my own bike in the corner so the usable bay is about 9ft wide. Fine for a Miata, a Golf, a 3 Series. A full size pickup will not fit through the opening.
There is a wall outlet for a trickle charger, and I'll walk the car back and forth a few feet every month so the tyres don't flat-spot if you ask.

Good dry space and fair money for the area. The laneway gets tight when the neighbours put their bins out, so I ended up backing in most times.
