A fenced compound off Steeles in Bramalea with 24 numbered bays, most of them boats on trailers with a few utility trailers mixed in. Crushed stone throughout, graded so water runs off to the east fence rather than pooling under your keel.
The turning circle in the middle is the reason people stay. You can swing a 28ft trailer around without a spotter, which is not true of most yards this size.
It is a working compound, not pretty. Coded gate, cameras on all four corners, lights on dusk sensors. There is no power at the bays.

Solid compound and the cameras give me peace of mind over winter. The stone gets rutted by the gate after a thaw so I would not bring a low tow vehicle in March.
