A numbered bay in a small gated compound behind the units off Liberty Street, roughly ten minutes on foot to Exhibition GO and a couple of minutes to the 504 stop.
Surface is packed gravel over hardcore so it drains well, the gate runs on a fob, and there are cameras covering both ends of the yard. The property manager plows after any snowfall over about 5cm, usually by mid morning rather than first thing.
Bays are a genuine 10 feet wide and the turn in from the lane is awkward. Fine for a commuter car, not for a pickup.

Solid bay and very secure, but the plow does not come until late morning so I was scraping the car myself a few times in January. Worth it for the price.
