A row of eight marked bays on a fenced compound behind my auto shop. Asphalt throughout, each bay lined out at 12ft by 40ft, and four cameras covering the gate and the full run of bays.
The lot is lit all night and the recording goes back thirty days. The compound is not covered, so this is still outdoor storage and your roof seals will do the usual work over a Toronto winter.
One honest drawback, the bays nearest the fence sit under a couple of maples, so you will get leaves and sap in the autumn. I sweep but I cannot stop the trees.
