Six marked bays along the edge of a working farm yard, about twenty five minutes inland from the water. Packed limestone screening base, drains well, and each bay takes a trailer up to 30 feet. Cheaper than anything near the lake because you're paying for the drive.
It is fully outdoor and there's no shelter of any kind. Winter here means snow gets ploughed to the ends of the row, so a shrink wrap or a proper frame cover is not optional.
Tractor traffic uses the same yard on weekday mornings, so I'd avoid pulling out before nine on a weekday.

You get a key to the yard gate padlock and can come any day between seven and eight. The lane is not lit past dusk so I keep it to daylight hours for everyone's sake.

Up to 30 feet on the trailer. A dually and a tandem trailer both fit down the row, but a very long single cab and gooseneck combination will need a three point turn at the top.
