An open gravel and packed hardcore bay at the back of my landscaping yard, big enough for a Class C motorhome or a large twin axle caravan. The bay is flat and drains well, and I keep the weeds down.
It is outdoors, so your van will get snow and road grit on it over winter. No cover, no power to the bay. That is why it is cheap.
I plough the yard after any real snowfall, usually within a day. Wide entrance off the service road and a long straight run in, so you will not be shunting back and forth.

You get the gate code and can come and go on your own between 7am and 7pm. The yard is locked outside those hours because my crew store equipment here overnight.

Fine bay and Ravinder is easy to deal with. The 7pm gate lock caught me out once when I got back late from a trip, so plan your return.
