An indoor bay at the end of a small warehouse unit in Bay Ridges, taken through 14ft sliding barn doors off a paved apron. Sealed concrete floor, no drips, and the roof was re-sheeted two summers ago.
The point of this one is headroom. There is 15ft clear to the underside of the joists, so a cruiser can sit on the trailer with the outboard left down and the tower up. Most indoor storage around here makes you drop both.
It is unheated, so expect it to sit near outside temperature in February. Winterise properly.

Getting in

07:00 to 20:00, every day
You get a key to the personnel door and to the bar on the barn doors, usable 07:00 to 20:00 any day. Outside those hours the yard gate is locked by the tenant next door and I cannot open it for you, so plan your haul out.

Doors are 14ft wide and 14ft high. A 30ft cruiser on a tandem trailer fits with the outboard down. Straight pull in off the apron, no reversing round a corner.

Dry, secure and exactly the height stated. The 20:00 cut off caught me out once when I got back late from a haul out and had to leave the truck hitched overnight.
