Half of an old timber barn with a poured concrete floor, used for boats from October through April. The bay is 14 feet wide by 34 long with 13 feet of headroom, so a 27 foot hull on a trailer clears the doorway with room over the tower.
It is dry and sealed against birds, but it is not heated. Winterise properly and drain your lines because it does drop below freezing in here in January.
The barn door sill has a slight lip, so I always guide people in on the first drop off. After that most people are fine.

Message me a day or two ahead and I'll open the barn and move my tractor out of the way. I'm on site most days but I don't hand out keys to the barn.

27 feet on the trailer is the limit, set by the doorway rather than the bay. There is a small lip at the sill so a low trailer tongue can catch if you come in fast.

Dry and secure, exactly as described. Needing to book ahead every time is a small faff if you want a look at the boat mid winter.
