Just over 2,000 square feet, concrete floor throughout, insulated walls and ceiling, with its own electrical meter and a furnace, so it stays workable through the winter. There is a small office and a work area set up along the north side. The roll-up door takes a van or truck straight in, with a separate personnel door beside it. Two parking spaces in front of the unit, and additional outdoor space on the yard if you need it. The site is gated, with security cameras and lit entrances, and access is 24 hours a day at no extra cost. This is set up for a business rather than household boxes. It suits landscaping and grounds maintenance, snow clearing, roofing, fencing, small construction, or a logistics operation that needs a base with vehicle access. The surrounding land is not expected to be developed for around ten years, so it is not an arrangement that disappears after a season. Available from 28 April 2026, and the move-in date is negotiable. Minimum term one year. Please note: no automotive businesses, and no pets.
