An outdoor spot in a small shared lot behind my duplex, five minutes on foot from Dundas West station. Asphalt, marked bays, and mine is the second one in from the lane so you are not boxed in.
I use it for a sedan and there is room either side to open doors properly. Well under half what the lots on Bloor want, and permit parking on my street closed to new applicants years ago.
It is uncovered, so you will be brushing snow off yourself. I clear the lane and the entry after a heavy fall but not the individual bays.

Good spot and Tomasz is straight with you. After the big February storm the bay itself was buried and I spent twenty minutes digging, which he does say up front.

The fob worked from day one and the lot is quiet. Plenty of room to open the passenger door with a car seat.
