A single gravel-over-hardcore bay on my side lot, about four minutes from the Bronte launch ramp. It takes a boat on a tandem trailer up to roughly 26 feet on the trailer, and I've got a compacted pad under the tongue jack so it doesn't sink in spring.
It is outdoor, so your cover or shrink wrap does the work. No power at the bay, so if you want a battery tender you'll need to sort that out with me first.
The approach is a straight run in off the side street, so backing a trailer is easy enough even if you're not brilliant at it.
