A dry, single lock-up garage on a private gated block just off Mare Street. Concrete floor, solid up-and-over door with a new close-shackle padlock, and lighting in the block itself.

I've had the roof re-felted this year so it stays properly dry, no drips, no damp patches. The block is quiet, residents only, and the gate code changes each quarter.

Easy for a Luton van to get right up to the door. Plenty of turning space in the yard.

How it works

  1. Book it now

No waiting around. Pick your start date, pay the first month, and the space is yours.

  2. Get your access details

Codes, keys and directions land in your inbox as soon as the booking is confirmed. The full address is only shared at that point.

  3. Move your things in

Take a few photos when you arrive, it takes a minute and settles any question later about what was there.

  4. Pay monthly, leave when you like

Rent goes out on the same day each month. Give 30 days' notice whenever you're ready to move out.

Exactly as described. Bone dry, I left cardboard boxes in there over winter and they came out fine. Marcus sent the gate code within ten minutes of booking.

Used this while we renovated. Got a Luton van right to the door which made the whole thing painless. Half what the self-storage place up the road wanted.

Really secure block and I never felt uneasy going at night, which mattered to me. Lighting is good.

Good garage and fair price. Door is a bit stiff in cold weather but Marcus oiled it when I mentioned it.

I look after a small block of garages in Hackney that used to sit empty. I'm local, I check the block weekly, and I'd rather they were being used than falling apart.
