A dry, single lock-up garage on a private gated block just off Mare Street. Concrete floor, solid up-and-over door with a new close-shackle padlock, and lighting in the block itself.
I've had the roof re-felted this year so it stays properly dry, no drips, no damp patches. The block is quiet, residents only, and the gate code changes each quarter.
Easy for a Luton van to get right up to the door. Plenty of turning space in the yard.
