One marked bay down the side of my house in Long Branch, on packed gravel with a concrete strip where the trailer jockey wheel sits. There are three other bays on the lot and mine is the second one in.
It takes a 19ft bowrider on a single-axle trailer comfortably. Anything longer than about 21ft and you will be blocking the neighbour's turn in, so I have to be honest and say no to bigger boats.
Open to the sky, so covers only. You get a key for the side gate and can come and go whenever.

Getting in
24/7 self-access
You get your own key for the side gate padlock and a copy of the front gate key. Come and go as you like, no need to tell me. Just reverse in rather than turning on the lot, it is tight past the hedge.

Bay is exactly as described and the price is fair for the area. The turn in really is tight, I caught my fender on the hedge the first time and now I reverse in slowly.
