Half of an old timber barn on our property north of the city. Gravel and packed stone floor under the bay, with a poured concrete pad where the car actually sits, so nothing sinks or sweats through.
It is dry and unheated. That suits an older car better than a warm garage in my experience, no condensation swings. No road salt gets near it because we are 800m off the concession road.
I'll be honest, it is not sealed against mice. I set traps and check them, but if your car has been sitting with food wrappers in it, deal with that first.

Message me a day ahead and I'll unbolt the main barn doors and meet you. I'm on the property most of the time but the driveway is long and I like to know someone is coming.
