A numbered space on P2 of my condo building, which is about eight years old and well kept. Smooth concrete floor, painted lines, and cameras covering both the ramp and the aisle.
It is a proper commuter spot. Fifteen minutes walk to Exhibition GO and a short hop to the Gardiner. No snow to deal with all winter, which is the main reason I bothered listing it.
The ramp is on the tight side and the pillar sits close on the driver side, so a wide truck is a struggle. Fine for anything car sized.
