Matt already stores boats, trailers and motorhomes here through the winter, so the yard is in use and the access is proven rather than theoretical. A wider, longer bay for a bigger cruiser on a tandem trailer. Straight pull-in off Baseline Road with room to manoeuvre, so you are not backing a 35-footer through a gate. Surface is graded earth, so it is a hard standing rather than a paved pad. Drive in and out whenever you like, day or night, and there are cameras on the yard. Bring it on a trailer or drive it in; there is plenty of turning room and no tight corners to reverse around.
